The Marketers’ Confidence Index is a survey conducted by Kantar Consulting and the American Marketing Association to capture marketers’ optimism on customer spending, marketing budgets and investment climate.

After the first quarter of 2018, marketers are confident in their brands and the economy, but they lack confidence in their digital skills. They believe their leaders should be more knowledgeable about digital marketing, and they feel their value is not understood by their organizations.
